Privacy Policy
Scope
This policy describes how Skynetics Pvt. Ltd. (“Skynetics”) collects and handles personal data via skynetics.net, the contact form, and procurement inquiries.
Data collected
Through the contact form: name, email, phone (optional), organization, country, organization type, subject, message, and any submitted product context. Through standard server logs: IP address and timestamp at the time of submission. No tracking cookies are set by Skynetics for advertising purposes.
Purpose
Personal data is used to respond to your inquiry, route it to the correct team (sales, empanelment, compliance, press, careers), and maintain records required under Indian and international export-control regulations.
Export-control screening
Inquiries originating outside India and inquiries involving dual-use technologies may be reviewed against DGFT / SCOMET classification before any technical data exchange. Where required, we will request additional information about end-use and end-user.
Retention
Inquiry data is retained for the duration required to fulfil the inquiry and complete any associated transaction, plus retention required by Indian commercial and export-control law.
Third parties
Email delivery and form processing are handled via transactional email providers (e.g. Resend). No personal data is sold or shared for advertising purposes.
Analytics & cookies
With your consent, Skynetics uses PostHog to measure aggregate site usage (page views, navigation paths, performance). PostHog is configured with autocapture disabled for form fields and identifies visitors only on explicit opt-in. Reject the cookie banner to disable analytics entirely; no analytics cookies are set, and no events are sent. Strictly necessary cookies (session, preference, anti-CSRF) are always permitted.
